Our H.P. boiler working with M/s. Satish Sugar Ltd., Karnataka, India having capacity 90 TPH at Working pressure 87 Kg/cm2 & Temperature 520°C having powar co- generation capacity by 15 MW working since last eight year on fuel bagassee with saving fuel 8% to 10%.
Also our H.P. boiler working at M/s. Sri SriSadguru Sugar Ltd., M.S., India having
capacity 70 TPH at Working pressure 78 Kg/cm2 & Temperature 510°C from last three years with
12 MW Power co-generation multistage Turbine & fuel efficiency achive by 71% on.Bagassee fuel.
Our products are tested at various stages under Director of Steam Boilers / Lloyd's Register Asia / Bureau Veritas etc. and also by various consultants as per IBR/ASME/BS Standards. We use all approved material as per specification given in IBR/ASME/BS codes. We conduct all tests like Destriuctive testing of materials including Physical & Chemical tests, Bend tests, Ultrasonic tests, Weld tests, Radiography,Stress Reliving & Hydraulic tests etc. Our all welders are approved under IBR, Lloyd's & BV and qualified for X-ray welding by Electric-Arc/Tig process.
We manufacture boilers as per heat load design achiving maximum efficiency and capacity. All safety equipment provided i.e. Mechanical & Electronic instruments to run Boiler safely. All our products are approved by various consultants and parties. List of our clients is attached.
We have a flagged Heavy Machinery workshop for fabrication having facilities like Plate Bending Machines Capacity 16mm to 80mm thk x 3000mm Width, CNC Tube Bending Machines up to 115mm dia, Radial Arm Drill Machines up to 115 mm dia.drillings, Hydraulic CNC tube Swage end Machines size up to 76.2mm dia, , Over head Crane facility, Auto Plate Welding Machines, Hydraulic Presses up to 400 Tons, Mechanical & Hydraulic. Testing Machines etc. also office with Full Computerized facility in Planning, Autocad Design, Drawings, Production, and Inspection & Sales service departments respectively.
Our Managing Director and staff are having more than Twenty five years of experience in Boiler Industry. Our sister concern M/s. Asian Boiler Engineers Pvt. Ltd is involved in Project Plants/ Boiler Erection, Retubing and Modification of boilers etc. doing since last 30 years.
